Online Account Management and Self Servicing You can service your account on the Caxton FX prepaid card website or via an interactive voice response (IVR) facility. You can also use your mobile phone to manage your Caxton FX prepaid card account and move money between your cards. You can view your balance, recent transactions and change your personal details.
Using Abroad The Caxton FX Card is available in USD, EURO and GBP. Retail POS transactions and ATM withdrawals abroad are free but using your card in a region where the transactional currency is different from your card currency is subject to a 2.75% fee. The Caxton FX Prepaid Travel Cards are VISA prepaid cards and can be used at over 30 million locations around the globe that accept VISA in addition to over 1.5 millions ATM's to make withdrawals.

Complaints Procedure Formal complaints about the Caxton FX card should be communicated in writing to info@caxtonfxcard.com or through the post to The Card Services Manager,4 Grosvenor Place, London, SW1X, 7HJ.
Within 5 working days we will send written acknowledgement of the complaint.
Within 4 weeks, we will write again with our formal response, or to explain why we need more time. If not already sent we will send a final or other response within 8 weeks.
