Application Process  
There are a couple of quick and simple ways to apply for your Neon Prepaid Card..
- Apply online - To apply for your Neon Prepaid Card online on the Neon website, your parents will need to send a copy of photo ID in their name and a proof of address upon completion og the online application. Once the evidence has been verified, your card will be issued.
- Apply instore - Just find the nearest Phones4u store using the Phones4u Store Locator and buy a card at the store itself. .
If ordered online, your personalised card should be with you in 7 days. |

Using Abroad
The Neon Prepaid MasterCard card is available in GBP and there may be other cards which are more suitable when traveling abroad especially in regions where EURO or USD are the accepted currency.
However, the Neon prepaid is a MasterCard prepaid card and can be used in 29.5 million retail locations that accept MasterCard globally as well as at over 1.5 million ATM's. There is no additional transaction charge but an FX fee will be levied. ATM Transactions abroad incur a £2 fee for each withdrawal in addition to the FX fee.
Hence, whilst you can use your Neon prepaid MasterCard abroad, it is not recommended and you get best value by using your card in the UK.

Complaints Procedure
Complaints sent to customer services by email or telephone are handled by the Neon Prepaid Card customer services team initially and then, if required, escalated into management team
