OneBanking is a basic banking facility that is open to everyone* regardless of credit history. With OneBanking you don't need to worry about them making any credit checks.
OneBanking will help you to manage your day to day money so you can keep track of your regular payments and standing orders. You can say goodbye to late or missed payment charges, as if you can't pay an item, you won't be charged for a bounced payment fee and the OneBanking team, will let you know in good time.
They will help to ensure all your bills are paid on time and provide you with a OneBanking Prepaid MasterCard card so you can keep control of your day to day spending.
The Good
Now here's a card design that would look good in my pocket. The OneBanking Prepaid MasterCard is available with an excellent banking facility. This is open to everyone* and there are no credit checks. There is a vast array of options available to reload your card and local currency POS and ATM transactions are absolutely free.
The Not so Good
You cannot actually get the OneBanking prepaid MasterCard card without opening a OneBanking Account. This will set you back £30 for your primary card and there is a monthly account fee of £12.50 - peanuts if you wish to benefit from the full range of services offered by the banking facility and the prepaid card but expensive if you are looking for a prepaid card only solution.

Application Process    
You can apply quickly and easily online, or if you prefer, you can apply over the telephone. There are no credit checks, so there is no need to worry about your past credit history affecting your application.
- Apply online - Fill in a simple application form online and the OneBanking team will be in touch shortly to help you complete your application
- Apply by Phone- Give the OneBanking team a call and they will take you through the application process.
Once you have applied, your welcome pack and prepaid MasterCard card(s) will be sent to you. You can pay into your account at any NatWest branch and even have your salary paid in directly by your employer.

Online Account Management and Self Servicing     
You can service your account on the OneBanking website. You can use this to manage your prepaid card account and move money between your cards. You can also view your balance, recent transactions and change your personal details. You can also have a one-to-one conversation with your account manager over the Telephone

Using Abroad   
Using your OneBanking prepaid MasterCard abroad is quite easy. A POS transaction abroad is free (a FX fee is charged) but an ATM withdrawal will cost you £3.00. Furthermore, if you use your card in a non-GBP region, you will incur a 2.75% foreign exchange (FX) fee.

Funds can be loaded on to your OneBanking prepaid MasterCard in a number of ways:

Complaints Procedure    
If you are unhappy in any way with your OneBanking Account or OneBanking Prepaid MasterCard card, you should get in touch with the OneBanking team using any of the methods described in the Customer Service section.
Upon receipt of your complaint, if they are unable to sort it out quickly, they will send you a prompt written acknowledgement to confirm that they are dealing with it. As well as keeping you updated during the resolution process, they will send you their final response within eight weeks (or explain why we are not in a position to make a final response).
