It can be topped up with cash at any of the 18,000 shops and garages that display the PayPoint logo, with transfers from any bank account and with your wages paid by your employer Targeting the unbanked, migrant workers, and those with a poor credit history, the White Eagle Pre paid solution provides the UK population with an excellent solution. It is a “payroll card” (in effect a virtual bank account), a money transfer card and an online shopping card with low cost international telephone calls and a user friendly web portal. As you can see, its more than just a prepaid card; it offers a complete financial & telecoms package. Application Process The application process couldn't be simpler. You can order a White Eagle pre paid card straight from the White Eagle card website Apply online - if you have the right to reside in the UK, have a valid passport or driving. license, and a delivery address you can apply online and your card should be with you in 7 days.

Online Account Management and Self Servicing You can service your prepaid card account on the website and access your account online 24/7. You can also manage your account using White Eagle's IVR services. You can view your balance, recent transactions and change your personal details. Don’t forget - you can also manage your account via SMS.
Using Abroad Two card options are available - the GBP (Blue) card and the EURO (Red) card. A POS transaction abroad is FREE and an ATM withdrawal abroad will cost you 1.5% but a maximum of £2.00 or equivalent. Using a GBP card in a EURO currency territory or vice versa will incur a 1.5% foreign exchange cost but this is better than a lot of other providers and with two currencies to choose from, you should be able to avoid this fee..
Reload Options Funds can be loaded in a number of ways: Using Cash/Debit/Credit at any Paypoint outlet - 3% of load amount. Salary and Wage Transfer - £1.00. Bank Transfer - £1.00. Numerous options and you should pick the one that suits you best.

Complaints Procedure The White Eagle prepaid team aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 days of receiving the expression of dissatisfaction. White Eagle maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of all complaints received. Complaints can be registered via email or phone call using the customer services details provided.
