Account Management
The Moneycorp Explorer® prepaid card comes with a comprehensive suite of online account management facilities which allow customers to manage their multi-currency card and account online. Some of the online account management options provided include

Using Abroad
The Explorer card from Moneycorp is specifically designed for usage abroad; this card is your new and ultimate BFF (no questions asked)!
No ATM or transaction fees apply for using the card abroad in one of the 14 Explorer currencies. If a transaction is made in a currency other than one of the 14 Explorer currencies, the transaction will be applied to the cardholder’s sterling wallet using the Visa exchange rate with a 3% margin applied.
The Explorer card website outlines all scenarios where rates will be applied to transactions, including dynamic currency converters and a log of all historic FX rates.
As a VISA branded Prepaid card, the Moneycorp Explorer prepaid card can be used at over 30 million retail locations that accept VISA around the globe as well to make withdrawals at over 2 million ATM’s worldwide.

Complaints Procedure
The Moneycorp team actively encourage feedback from their customers via various channels including a feedback form on the Explorer card website.
All complaints are handled in line with the FSA complaint handling guidelines and customers can raise complaints by email, telephone or via a Moneycorp bureau de change. All complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days.
If you are still not satisfied after contacting the Moneycorp customer service team, you can ask the Financial Ombudsman Service to review the complaint and they can be contacted as follows
